UUCards · Distribution and scope
UUCards is distributed free on the App Store, with no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads. Its copyright notice is “© 2026 XUELONG YU”. XUELONG YU is the developer; UUThings is a product brand, not a separate company.
UUCards is for keeping the details printed on your own physical cards so you can view and copy them. It does not process payments, does not connect to any bank, and is not affiliated with any bank or card network. Bank and card-network names in the app only identify your cards.
Your data stays on your device, and the developer cannot retrieve it for you. Keep your device passcode and backup password safe and export encrypted backups as needed. The developer cannot recover data lost because a device is lost or damaged, the app is deleted, or a password is forgotten.
UUCards · Apple Standard EULA
UUCards uses Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), not a custom EULA. The app is licensed, not sold, and its licence and use are governed by the Standard EULA and the applicable Apple Media Services Terms.
This page only adds product and website information. It does not replace, modify or restate the Standard EULA, or any rights you have under applicable law.
Intellectual property, third parties, and changes
Unless otherwise stated, original UUThings and Lumax branding, product marks, artwork, website design, text, and media are owned by XUELONG YU or the applicable licensors. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Public access to the site does not grant a right to sell, misrepresent, or commercially reuse this material without permission.
The website may use or link to services operated by Apple or others. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. This page may be updated as the product, website, or applicable requirements evolve; updates will be posted with a revised date.
