Identity and scope

XUELONG YU is the developer and website operator. Clip and Tempo use the copyright notice “© 2026 XUELONG YU”; TSX uses the copyright notice in its MIT license. UUThings (有物) is the product brand, not a separate company; Lumax is one of its product lines. The app-licence and purchase sections apply to both products. Product-specific sections distinguish Lumax Clip from Lumax Tempo.

This page does not replace terms provided by Apple or rights provided by applicable law.

Website use

This website provides information about UUThings and its products. You may browse the public site and share links for personal or informational purposes.

Do not interfere with site operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware or abusive traffic, use automated requests that materially disrupt the site, impersonate UUThings, or use the site to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

Intellectual property, third parties, and changes

Unless otherwise stated, original UUThings and Lumax branding, product marks, artwork, website design, text, and media are owned by XUELONG YU or the applicable licensors. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Public access to the site does not grant a right to sell, misrepresent, or commercially reuse this material without permission.

The website may use or link to services operated by Apple, Cloudflare, or others. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. This page may be updated as the product, website, or applicable requirements evolve; updates will be posted with a revised date.
